New from Magsys comes the model HGM09 handheld Gaussmeter (or Teslameter) offering simplicity of operation for the measurement of DC or AC magnetic fields. Results for magnetic flux density are shown in either Tesla or Gauss and field strength in amps per meter. The HGM09 measures up to 4.5 Tesla for flux density and 3800 A/m for field strength with resolution down to 1µTesla or 1A/m. Standard equipment with the Magsys teslameter includes a transverse probe, power supply and re-chargeable batteries and USB cable and software for PC interface. The new model HGM09 is available in Australia from Serpent & Dove - Applied Magnetics Pty Ltd.
